Privacy Policy

When you send an enquiry, book a viewing or ask us to value a property, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, and whatever you tell us about the property you are looking for or own.

Our web server keeps standard access logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps. These are used to keep the site running and secure, and are not linked to your enquiry.

We use your details for one purpose: to respond to you and to help with the property matter you contacted us about. An advisor will call or email you, send suitable listings, and arrange viewings.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for. If we later want to send you anything beyond a response to your enquiry, we will ask first.

Your enquiry is visible to the advisor handling it and to the administrative staff who support them. Where a transaction proceeds, we may need to share your details with a seller, landlord, lawyer or lender — and we will tell you before we do.

We do not transfer your details outside Bangladesh except where you have asked us to deal with a party abroad on your behalf.

Enquiries that do not proceed are kept for two years, so that we can pick up a conversation if you come back to us. Records relating to a completed transaction are kept for as long as tax and property law requires.

You can ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing hello@veraestates.com, and we will do so unless we are legally required to retain them.

This site uses a single session cookie, which keeps your form entries and protects the forms against cross-site request forgery. It expires when you close your browser. There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@veraestates.com and we will respond within thirty days.
