This website is operated by Vera Estates, a property development and consultancy firm registered in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Using the site means accepting the terms below.

Listings are prepared from information supplied by owners, developers and our own site inspections. We check what we reasonably can, but details such as area, age, service charge and availability can change, and measurements are approximate.

Nothing on this site is an offer or part of a contract. Before committing to a purchase or tenancy you should satisfy yourself — with your own lawyer and, where relevant, your own surveyor — as to title, condition, approvals and measurements.

Photographs are representative. Where a unit is under construction or not yet released, images may show a comparable completed unit rather than the specific property.

Prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka and exclude government registration fees, stamp duty, VAT and legal costs unless expressly stated. Prices can change without notice and a listed price is not a guarantee that the owner will transact at that figure.

Any calculator, yield estimate or affordability figure on this site is indicative only. It is not a loan offer, a valuation or financial advice, and actual lending terms are set by the lender.

Property values can fall as well as rise. Past performance in a district is not a reliable indicator of future returns. We do not offer guaranteed returns, and any projection we provide states its assumptions and is an estimate rather than a forecast.

The text, layout, design and Vera Estates name and marks on this site belong to us. You may view and print pages for your own use in considering a property. Republishing or systematically extracting the content is not permitted.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
