It This Way
The brief was simple and hard to deliver: forty-eight apartments, none of them compromised. We reduced the unit count twice during design to protect orientation and cross-ventilation, and set the services core against the north boundary so it shades nothing. Handed over in January 2025, fully occupied by June.
