Why We Built
It This Way

Purbachal rewards patience and punishes carelessness with paperwork. We hold a small, checked inventory: title verified, mutation complete, dues settled, chain of documents available for a buyer’s own lawyer to review. We decline roughly two plots for every one we take on.
